I am basing this review on one thing, and one thing only. Customer service. My husband and I went in to look at and get information on a lawnmower. We were fully intending to purchase one on site. The store was very neat and clean and there were about 3 customers in the store. We walked from side to side, looking at the inventory. We were clearly in view of the employees. Not only were we never greeted, not one person acknowledged our presence in any way. I am sorry but, I will not spend money or recommend a business that cannot even acknowledge my/our existence. The shame of it is that this particular business was recommended by a friend. We left and found another store that actually saved us money on the exact model we were interested in and offered good customer service.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Bid's and the staff! Any time I've run into an issue—whether it was repairs, service, or buying equipment—they handled it quickly and professionally. The owners are genuinely good people who care about their customers, and it really shows. I appreciate the quality of service they provide and will always be a returning client. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable equipment and great customer care!

I wish I could've articulated what they broke at the time. This shop just claimed it was user error. But thats not what happened and now I know. You see, my rear tires on my riding mower were dry rotted, so I brought the mower to the shop to have it replaced. Its important to note that while this mower is older, it runs like a dream. There was nothing wrong mechanically with this mower. Its a toro shop and its a toro brand lawn tractor. They were very skeptical that they couldn't do the job but ok, its just changing a set of tires. With extreme reluctance (probably because they wanted me to just buy a new piece of garbage when the mower i have was built back when things were still made with some semblance of quality), overcharged me but agreed to put on the new tires. After they were done, it took me about 100 tries to get it to start, but I finally got it and rode it down the street back to my house. I got to use it for about a half hour before the rear left axle pulled out of the transmission. I told them about it and they blamed it on me. But here's what must've happened. The wheels were likely a little seized on the axle, and so they beat on it hard enough to get the wheels to

I go to Bid's for tune ups on my snowblower and lawnmower. They are straight up about their pricing. They are accurate in time estimates. They will help you load and unload your equipment.

You can see the building clear from the road. The parking lot is on the small side, but it's just big enough. When you walk in the building it's well kept and clean. Everything is in place and the customer service is nice once they get to talking about the machine you are interested in. The people seem to really be very knowledgeable about the equipment. Will definitely be going back to make more purchases in the future.
